When bought alongside an instrument, a case can be sent back with the instrument under our zero-risk return policy.
However, cases are excluded from our standard return policy when purchased by themselves. All returns for case-only purchases are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Electronics, tuning machines, and other moving parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Eastwood Gigbags are custom-shaped, lightweight soft case designed specifically for your Eastwood instrument. The soft case design combines the protection of a thick padded interior with the portability of a gig bag. Manufactured from a rugged 600-Denier material, the interior is lined with foam material to provide substantial protection for your instrument. This lightweight gig bag features two exterior accessory pockets; velcro headstock tiedown straps; heavy-duty zippers; 2 carry handles and backpack straps.
