When bought alongside an instrument, a case can be sent back with the instrument under our zero-risk return policy. However, cases are excluded from our standard return policy when purchased by themselves. All returns for case-only purchases are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Electronics, tuning machines, and other moving parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

I could have bought a cheaper hard shell case but I was impressed with the quality of the guitars I decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. It's a well crafted case with industrial quality zippers, knapsack style bands if you want to carry it that way and a firm fit with the guitar.I liked it so much I bought another one for my Sidekick!
This case is quality! It absolutely fits my Eastwood Classic Baritone. The neck cushion is very supportive. Bottom line, I don't worry about traveling with my guitar.
I love the instrument, Great sound. The only little thing that I had to fix was the top button for the back strap was stripped and I had to glue it in.

It's a great case/gig bag. It' has plenty of storage for straps, extra strings, a cable or two.
I have mot paid for my guitar in full just yet, due to it being on back order for quite some time.

The guitars I ended up with are spectacular - Between the Duocata, Mondata Baritone an Hooky Bass 6 Pro I have three absolutely outstanding instruments - They are 'mine,' and they are 'home.' When I pick them up they give me the same thrill as some of my best vintage instruments ever did. And that's saying something for a guy who's been through ~130 guitars since 1975. I may do some pickup/harness swaps, but these are incredibly high quality, wonderful players.
